BARCALDINE OFFICE
Located in the heart of Queensland’s Central West, our Barcaldine office connects us to a rich history, resilient communities and major regional projects. It’s a proud hub known for its civic charm, green spaces and engineering legacy.
EMERALD OFFICE
Serving the heart of Central Queensland since 2017, our Emerald office connects us to vibrant agricultural, mining and tourism industries. With excellent schools, major supermarkets, sporting facilities and daily flights to Brisbane, Emerald is a growing hub for work and life.
ROCKHAMPTON OFFICE
Since 2020, our Rockhampton office has helped us serve a larger regional community. As Queensland’s beef capital, Rockhampton offers all the amenities of a thriving city including schools, sports facilities and strong industry connections all just 40km from the coast.
TOOWOOMBA OFFICE
Our Toowoomba office extends GBA’s reach into the Darling Downs region. Centrally located on Mill Street, it connects us with urban infrastructure, local councils and development projects in one of Queensland’s fastest-growing inland cities.

How does GBA choose which community initiatives to support?
At GBA, our community support is guided by impact, connection and local relevance. We prioritise initiatives that directly benefit the communities where we work, whether it’s backing grassroots sports, supporting cultural events, funding education programs or strengthening essential services. We also welcome requests from local organisations, making sure our sponsorship goes where it’s needed most.
What does “keeping growth local” mean for GBA?
It means that wherever possible, we engage local businesses and the workforce on our projects. It’s about making sure the economic benefits of regional development stay within the community creating remote jobs, supporting small businesses and building long-term capacity for regional and remote Queensland.
